Internal glass partition with manifestation film

Internal glass partitions

Internal glass partitions are a smart way to create practical spaces without closing everything in. They keep natural light moving through the building, improve layout and flow, and give a clean, professional finish.

We design and install internal glass partitioning for commercial spaces across the Bay of Plenty, including office fit-outs, meeting rooms, reception areas, and internal zones that need separation without losing openness.

Options and finishes

We’ll recommend the best setup based on how you use the space and the level of privacy you need.

Glass options

Choose the level of openness and privacy you want. We’ll recommend the best glass option based on how the space is used.

  • Clear glass for maximum light and visibility

  • Frosted / obscure glass for privacy (ideal for meeting rooms and consult spaces)

  • Tinted glass where suitable for a softer look and reduced glare

  • Manifestation film for visibility and compliance in high-traffic areas

Door options

Add doors where you need access between zones. We’ll help position them for flow and usability.

  • Hinged glass doors for a clean, classic solution

  • Frameless door options where suitable for a minimal look

  • Hardware finishes to match your fit-out (subject to availability)

Privacy and manifestation

If you want separation without feeling closed in, privacy glass and film are usually the best options. We can supply:

  • Frosted/obscure glass for a permanent privacy finish (great for meeting rooms and consult spaces)

  • Privacy film for a flexible option that can be changed later

  • Manifestation (visual markers on glass) to make partitions easier to see and help reduce the risk of people walking into them, especially in high-traffic areas.

If you’re unsure what level of privacy you need, we’ll recommend an option that suits how the space is used.

Floor-to-ceiling vs partial height

Both options can work well, depending on the space and what you’re trying to achieve.

Floor-to-ceiling partitions

  • Stronger separation and generally better for privacy

  • Can help reduce noise more effectively (depending on sealing and design)

  • More of a “room within a room” feel

Partial-height partitions

  • Keeps the space more open and can feel lighter

  • Often a simpler install depending on the site

  • Better suited to zoning and layout definition rather than sound control

We’ll recommend what makes sense based on ceiling type, layout, and how the space needs to function.

What affects cost?

Pricing depends on the design and finish you choose. The biggest factors are:

  • Overall size (height and total length of partitioning)

  • Glass type (clear vs frosted/tinted, thickness/spec)

  • Doors (number of doors, door type, and hardware)

  • Privacy finishes (frosting, film, manifestation)

  • Hardware and fixing system (channels, fittings, finish colours)

  • Site conditions (access, substrate, and any structural constraints)

The quickest way to get an accurate quote is to send photos and rough dimensions, or book a site measure.
