Perspex and acrylic solutions

Sometimes glass isn’t the right material for the job. Twinwall, perspex (acrylic) and polycarbonate can be a durable, practical alternative, especially when impact resistance, weight, or flexibility matters.

We supply and install a range of perspex, polycarbonate and other plastic sheet solutions across the Bay of Plenty. From boat and machinery screens through to conservatory and outdoor roofing panels, we’ll help you choose the right product and get it fitted properly.

What we can help with

From cut-to-size panels to full replacements, we’ll help you choose the right non-glass material and get it fitted properly.

Not sure which material is right for the job?
Send us a photo, rough measurements, and where it’s going (boat, machinery, roofing, etc.).
We’ll recommend the best option.

Material options

We can supply a range of non-glass sheet products depending on the job:

  • Acrylic (Perspex): clear, neat finish, good for many general uses

  • Polycarbonate: higher impact resistance, often used for tougher environments

  • Twinwall: lightweight roofing option with good coverage and value

  • Other sheet options: including Margard, ACM board and related products where suitable

We’ll recommend the best option based on location, exposure, and how the panel needs to perform.

On-site and mobile-friendly jobs

We know moving boats and machinery can be difficult. Where practical, we can measure and carry out work at a convenient location and time to suit.

Clear roofing and outdoor areas

If you want an outdoor space you can use year-round, our clear and twinwall roofing options can help keep the weather off while still letting light in. We’ll guide you on the best option for your structure and install.
